Appetite for quality hotel assets in Stockholm continues into 2013 According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s latest Hotel Intelligence report Sweden. Investor appetite for Swedish hotel assets is expected to continue as we look to 2013 according to Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' latest Hotel Intelligence report for Sweden. A stable economy, as a result of the country quickly rebounding after the economic crisis in 2009, and robust operating conditions in Stockholm has resulted in investment interest increasing and hotel assets in Stockholm showing one of the lowest yield requirements in Europe, at 5.9%.Transaction activity in 2012 at year-to-date June 2012 has amounted to just below $100 million. A total of four hotels changed owners, the largest transaction being the 4-star, 128 bedroom Renaissance Malmö, which was sold for €45 million to Fastighets AB Balder. Remember all the hype when Starwood introduced its Aloft brand? They had us waiting and waiting for Lexington (MA) to be the first ever Aloft destination, and then Canada got the scoop. That was only four years ago, and believe it or not, there are now over 60 Alofts worldwide. On this side of the pond, we’ve so far had to make do with Aloft London ExCel (where we witnessed some Photoshop battling), and more recently Aloft Brussels Schuman. That’s set to change with the announcement of two new hotels in Germany, Aloft Munich and Aloft Stuttgart, both scheduled to open in 2015. Air transport provides jobs and sustainable economic growth

Over 56 million jobs worldwide and $2.2 trillion in GDP are supported by aviation, according to a new report released at the global Aviation & Environment Summit in Geneva. The report, Aviation: benefits beyond borders, was produced by the Air Transport Action Group (ATAG) and Oxford Economics. It outlines an industry that plays a larger role in the global economy than many would expect. “It’s a fascinating look at the scope of the aviation industry and our role in the world,” says Paul Steele, Executive Director of ATAG the global association that represents air transport, “when you realise that aviation, if it were a country, would be the 19th largest economy in the world, supporting 56.6 million jobs and over two trillion dollars in economic impact, you really see the scale of air transport.” Of the 56.6 million jobs supported by aviation, there are 8.4 million people directly employed by the sector, 9.3 million jobs at aviation industry suppliers and 4.4 million jobs are induced through spending by aviation industry employees. When you account for the part of the tourism sector made possible by air transport, over 34.5 million jobs are included in this total. “Of course, aviation’s economic benefits spread far beyond the monetary aspects outlined here. When you take into account the further benefits gained through the speed and reliability of air travel, the businesses that exist because air freight makes them possible and the intrinsic value to the economy of improved connectivity, the economic impact would be several times larger. “While the numbers relating to passengers are impressive enough, with nearly 2.7 billion passengers carried in 2010, the figures for air freight emphasise the importance of this mode of transporting valuable and perishable goods. The $5.3 trillion worth of freight carried by air transport in 2010 represents some 35% of the value of global trade, despite it representing half a percent of the volume. Air transport is invaluable for the shipment of lightweight but valuable goods.” Other facts uncovered in the report, available at www.aviationbenefitsbeyondborders.org, include: there are 1,568 commercial airlines, 3,846 commercial airports, 192 air traffic control providers and 23,844 aircraft in service; Asia-Pacific accounts for 34% of passenger traffic worldwide, larger than both Europe and North America (both 27%); 35% of all international tourists travel by air; the average occupancy in aircraft is 77%, much higher than other forms of transport. Steele adds, “The report also expands the economic data to include a view of aviation’s social benefits and environmental progress. Aviation is an invaluable part of the lives of modern people and will prove even more so as emerging economies continue to develop. It can also provide more immediate and vital links to remote communities, many island states and important relief with disaster response. “With the sustainable development of economies and the creation of jobs comes the responsibility to carefully manage the resources we are using and the impact that we have on the world. All parts of the commercial aviation industry are engaged in ways we can reduce environmental impact - from new technology and operational efficiencies to infrastructure development. The amount of work occurring across the industry is an impressive sign of our commitment to sustainable development.”

Scott Woroch, executive vice president of worldwide development Dubai Contracting has commenced construction works on Four Seasons’ first hotel in Dubai, executive vice president of worldwide development Scott Woroch confirmed to Hotelier Middle East. Speaking at the International Hotel Investment Forum in Berlin last week, Woroch said he could not reveal details of the development, but said an official announcement would be made soon. “We’re very actively engaged on a project in Dubai. It’s no secret that’s a market we’ve been monitoring closely and trying to find the right deal, and I think now we’re very close to making an announcement – we’ve got a great site,” Woroch revealed. “It’s something we’re very excited about. It’s going to position the brand in very good location, with a great partner,” he added. The Toronto-based hotel firm has been looking for a suitable location in Dubai since construction of a Four Seasons hotel in Festival City was called off by developer Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate in June 2009 - at the height of the global economic downturn - according to Woroch. “Dubai is one of the most important markets in the Middle East, it’s a large in-point for a lot of travellers into the region and from an international perspective it really is the most established [Middle East] destination from North America, Europe and Asia,” he explained. “Dubai has been very successful in being both a business and a leisure destination and that’s one of the reasons the market has been so successful.” However, Woroch said there was room for the further development of attractions in Dubai: “There’s always room for adding more attractions, but what’s developed over the last several years is dubai as a beach destination and as a world-class shopping destinatio

ماذا جرى في «اللقاء الغامض» بين «توماس فريدمان» و«جمال مبارك»؟
لا أحد يعرف بالضبط: ماذا جرى في «لقاء الأحد» بين «توماس فريدمان» و«جمال مبارك».. لكن الأغلب أن نجل الرئيس، الطامح إلى خلافة والده على كرسي رئاسة الجمهورية، سعى في هذا اللقاء، الذي لم يعلن عنه، إلى استكشاف «مرحلة ما بعد بوش»، وما قد يطرأ على السياسات الأمريكية في المنطقة من تغييرات قد تطول مواقفها من النظم العربية الموصوفة ﺒ«الاعتدال».. خاصة أن الإدارة الأمريكية المقبلة سوف يتحدد في فترة ولايتها مصير الحكم في مصر. ويعتقد كثيرون من المقربين من نجل الرئيس أن «توماس فريدمان» قريب من «المؤسسة الأمريكية» ويعبر عن توجهاتها الرئيسية، ومطلع بصورة كبيرة - من موقعه كأبرز كتاب الأعمدة في صحيفة «النيويورك تايمز»- على خفاياها وحساباتها المعقدة. غير أن «فريدمان» له اهتمامات أخرى وأجندة خاصة، فهو من المناصرين لمشروع «الشرق الأوسط الجديد»، الذي تقوم فيه إسرائيل بدور محوري في قيادة تفاعلاته السياسية والاستراتيجية والاقتصادية، ومؤيد للسياسات الإسرائيلية، ومدافع عنها، ويتبنى في العادة مواقف متشددة تتماهى مع «الرؤى الليكودية»، وإن بدا - أحياناً- أن له ملاحظات عليها، ولكنها ملاحظات «من داخل البيت».
بدا «فريدمان» في لقاءاته القاهرية مقتنعاً بأن «الدور المصري» فقد وزنه وبريقه وتأثيره في محيطه، وغير معنياً بالسؤال عن تفاصيله، ولم يبد قلقاً على مستقبله، ففي اعتقاده أن هذا الدور -ولسنوات طويلة مقبلة- سوف يظل منضوياً تحت الأفق الاستراتيجى الأمريكى.
قد تبرز - أحياناً- بعض الاحتقانات على خلفية ضغوط أمريكية بصورة متقطعة في ملف الإصلاح السياسي، ولكنها لا تغير من طبيعة العلاقة ولا مسارها العام.
ومن أفكار «فريدمان» الشائعة أن الإصلاح السياسي في مصر يؤهلها لبناء نموذج ديمقراطي في المنطقة يمنحها - مجدداً- دوراً أكبر في تفاعلات المنطقة، ولكنه يطلب هذا الدور لأجندة الولايات المتحدة ومصالحها. ولا يعهد عنه أدنى تفهم لمشكلة الفقر أو فكرة العدالة الاجتماعية، فهو أحد الداعين إلى نوع من «العولمة المتوحشة» التي تؤكد هيمنة المصالح الأمريكية على العالم.. وكشأن الإدارة الأمريكية الحالية لا يعنيه التحول الديمقراطي وإرساء مبادئ حقوق الإنسان إلا بقدر استخدامها لتطويع النظم العربية الحليفة لمقتضيات الاستراتيجية الأمريكية في المنطقة.
ويدرك «فريدمان» - كما قال لمحاوريه- أن مصر «ضعيفة» ولكنها بلد له قيمته، وأياً كانت أوضاعه الحالية، فإن حذف أدواره من خرائط المنطقة والتفاعلات فيها يصعب تصوره على مدى طويل. ولم يبد «فريدمان» أية مخاوف من تحولات دراماتيكية في المستقبل القريب.. وبشكل أو بآخر يعتقد أن خلفاء مبارك - أياً كانوا- مجبرين على المضي في السياسات ذاتها، أو أنه ليست هناك فرصة لصعود قوى راديكالية تعيد ترتيب الأوراق المصرية وتستخدمها في مواجهة السياسات الأمريكية على مدى منظور.
وعادة يتجنب الأمريكيون الخوض في مسألة خلافة مبارك، فالملف معقد، وما يعنيهم هو ضمان ولاء النظام للاستراتيجيات والمصالح الأمريكية، وأن يكون على رأس الدولة شخصية لها قدر من النفوذ والقوة تمكنها من خدمة تلك الاستراتيجيات والمصالح.. وتميل الحسابات الإسرائيلية في ذات الملف - بحسب ما هو منشور ومعلن- إلى إبداء قدر من الإعجاب بتوجهات نجل الرئيس، ولكنها تعتقد أنه لن يصل للحكم.. والإسرائيليون أكثر عناية من الأمريكيين بالتفاصيل فيما يتعلق بمستقبل نظام الحكم في مصر، فهي الدولة العربية الأكبر، ومصدر التهديد الرئيسي في أية حسابات مستقبلية واستراتيجية، و«فريدمان» قريب من المؤسستين، ويدرك التعقيدات في الحسابات، ويدرك - مثل الإسرائيليين- أن «جمال مبارك» يناسب حساباتهم، ولكنه يدرك - أيضاً- أن اللعبة السياسية في مصر تتحكم فيها قواعد تمنح لمؤسسات القوة موقعاً فريداً، ويصعب تصور أن تمنح تلك المؤسسات تأييدها لنجل الرئيس، أو أن يمتد منسوب الولاء بذات درجة الارتفاع من الأب إلى الابن. وهذه الحقائق يدركها الرئيس الذي لا يبد تحمساً للتنازل عن الرئاسة لنجله، غير أن «ابن الرئيس»، وبعض رجال الأعمال حوله، يتصورون أن الأفكار التي يحملونها والمصالح التي يدافعون عنها كفيلة بفتح الأبواب المغلقة للصعود للسلطة بدعم من الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل من خلفها، ويدرك نجل الرئيس أن الولايات المتحدة سوف يكون لها دور مؤثر، مستمد من طبيعة النظام المصري الحالي، في اختيار رئيس الجمهورية المقبل، ولا يكف عن السعي لاستكشاف مواقفها والتقرب من مراكز القرار فيها.. ويدخل في هذا الإطار زيارته الباريسية الأخيرة للحوار مع قيادات «الحزب الديجولي» الذي ينتسب إليه الرئيس الحالي «نيكولا ساركوزي»، وهي زيارة تختلف في أهدافها عن زيارة سابقة ﻟ«حزب العمال البريطاني» أثناء حكم رئيس الوزراء السابق «توني بلير».. ففي الثانية بدا الهدف المعلن تنظيمياً لاكتساب الخبرات فيما سمي تجديد «الحزب الوطني»، وكان من بين الأهداف الاطلاع على خبرة «العمليات القذرة»، وهي خبرة استخدمت عملياً في التنكيل بالمعارضين السياسيين.. أما الزيارة الباريسية فقد غلب عليها الطابع السياسي المباشر، أو تقديم نجل الرئيس للطبقة السياسية الفرنسية.
ومشكلة «جمال مبارك» أن أحداً في الغرب غير مستعد للرهان عليه، فسجل «الحزب الوطني»، الذي يترأس لجنة سياساته، في تزوير الانتخابات العامة مخجل، وسجل النظام كله في ملفات الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان يدفع من حين إلى آخر إلى مواجهات إعلامية تجد طريقها - في بعض الحالات- إلى البرلمان الأوروبي، ولكن الأطراف الأوروبية، والأمريكية بطبيعة الحال، تجد نفسها مدفوعة للتعاطي معه، والاستماع إليه، فهو من مكونات الحاضر والقوى اللاعبة على واجهة مسارحه، ولكن ذلك لا يعني بالضرورة، ولا على أي نحو، القبول به وريثاً للعرش الجمهوري في مصر، فتلك حسابات أخرى.. و«فريدمان» مطلع - بموقعه وقربه أيضاً من المؤسسة الإسرائيلية- على تلك الحسابات، ولديه ذات المخاوف من أن يؤدي ضعف مؤسسة الرئاسة في مصر، بافتقاد نجل الرئيس للقبول العام، إلى الإضرار بالمصالح والاستراتيجيات الأمريكية والإسرائيلية على مدى منظور، ولكنه تجنب الحديث في الملف الشائك، حام حوله، ولكنه لم يبت فيه.
وقد بدا «فريدمان» في لقاءاته القاهرية مقتنعاً وداعياً إلى اعتبار جوهر الصراع الحالي في المنطقة وعليها هو المواجهة الأمريكية الإيرانية.. وفي تقديره أن إيران اللاعب الإقليمي الرئيسي في مواجهة الاستراتيجيات الأمريكية، قد تكون هناك بعض التفاهمات والصفقات في الكواليس، لكنها تفاهمات وصفقات لضبط الصراع، حسب مصالح كل طرف وحساباته الاستراتيجية، ولا تنفي عوامل الصدام الجوهرية فيه. تبدو تصورات ودعاوي «فريدمان» انعكاساً مباشراً لخيارات «المؤسسة الأمريكية» - في ظل بوش وما بعده- فصلب الصراع والهدف الاستراتيجى فيه هو تقليم أظافر إيران ودفعها للانكفاء داخل حدودها، بوسائل الضغط السياسي أو بأية وسائل أخرى قد تذهب إليها، ومن بينها الوسائل العسكرية، ويتلخص الهدف محدداً في تفكيك التحالف السوري الإيراني، وإخراج إيران من الساحة اللبنانية، ومن المشرق العربي بصورة عامة، وإنهاء دعمها ﻟ«حزب الله» و«حماس».
تحدث «فريدمان» طويلاً وكثيراً مع محاوريه في القاهرة عن مقومات ما يسميه بالصراع السني - الشيعي، وأنه من ملامح تفاعلات المنطقة التي تحدد مصائرها ومستقبلها، ولكنه تغافل الأضرار الفادحة والكارثية التي ألحقتها الاحتلالات الأمريكية والإسرائيلية بالمنطقة، ولكن هذه أولوياته، وأولويات الإدارة الأمريكية الحالية، وعلى سلم الأولويات تأخرت القضية الفلسطينية، فهي غير ملحة أو مطروحة على الأجندة الآن، إيران هي الهدف الرئيسي، ونقطة التنشين، والأطراف العربية على خرائط المنطقة ليست ذات اعتبار كبير، ومصر - بالذات- خارج الحسابات الآنية.
لا أحد مشغول بمصر، وهو نفسه لم يزرها منذ (5) سنوات، وفي هذه الزيارة أراد أن يعاين مجدداً بنفسه - كصحفي وسياسي- حقيقة الأوضاع في مصر، وقد بدا مقتنعاً أنه لا أخبار فيها، فالأخبار التي تعني العالم تقتضي أن تكون عواصمها فاعلة ومؤثرة في محيطها، أما أن تثبت الصورة على مدى (8) سنوات على ذات الكادر وعلى ذات الوجوه، وبذات السؤال: «من يخلف مبارك..؟»، فإن الركود في السياسة يؤدي - بالطبيعة- إلى انصراف الاهتمام العالمي عن البلد.
ومن المثير أن بعض ما تنشره الصحف القومية قد يوحي إليك أن العالم لا ينام أو يصحو إلا على أخبار القاهرة وحكمة رئاستها، وهو خداع للنفس قبل أن يكون خداعاً للآخرين، فالعالم يدرك الحقائق ويتعامل معها، ويدرك أن «المريض المصري» استعصت حالته، وبات مشغولاً بطوابير خبزه، وأزماته المتلاحقة، وسيل التشريعات، التي وصفها وزير مقرب من «جمال مبارك» لرئيس تحرير سابق أن الهدف من «الهرجلة» في إقرارها من مجلس الشعب الانتهاء من «كل ما هو سيئ السمعة.. ويفتقر إلى الشعبية» قبل نهاية حكم الرئيس مبارك وانتقال السلطة إلى نجله حتى «لا يزعل منا أحد عندما يصعد جمال للرئاسة»، ولكن المشكلة في مثل هذه التصورات والاقترابات من «الملفات الخارجية» و«الملفات الداخلية» أنها تجعل من مثل هذا الوصول للسلطة العليا مغامرة مجهولة العواقب، فالقنوات السياسية والاجتماعية مسدودة، والمجتمع في حالة اختناق، وهذا ما لاحظه «فريدمان» نفسه، وعوامل الانفجار مرشحة للذهاب ﺒ«المريض المصري» إلى أزمات ومصائر أفدح وأخطر، والمعضلة الكبرى التي لا سبيل لحلها أن مصير مصر أكبر من أن يحدده كاتب أمريكي، أو نجل رئيس يتطلع لأن يكون رئيساً على أنقاض بلد منهك ويائس، فالحوارات على النيل قد تغري على مشهد من مياهه التي تتحرك بوداعة أن كل شيء يمضى رتيباً إلى مصائره، وما لم يلحظه «فريدمان» أن للنهر الخالد كلمة أخرى، ﻓ«النيل لا ينسى كما كنا نظن» - على ما أنشد ذات يوم الشاعر الفلسطيني الكبير محمود درويش.

مبادرة ابو مازن الجديدة وجفاء ينم عما يختلج القلوب العربية

ان الفتور التى قوبلت بة مبادرة الرئيس الفلسطينى ورغبتة فى اجراء حوار توافقى لشد اللحمة الفلسطنية ، يبدو انها جاءت دون اخذ الموافقات اللازمة من الاطراف التى طالما رات ان الخلاف الفلسطينى فلسطينى يمثل بالنسبة لها فراغ يمكنها من التودد والاقتراب من الادارة الامريكية واسرائيل واعطاء نفسها دورا يمكنها من ان يكون لها دور اقليمى ، ولم يسارع اى من الاطراف العربية على شاكلة الازمة اللبنانية بابداء رغبتة فى احتضان اطراف الخلاف والوصول الى اتفاق ، باستثناء سوريا التى كانت الاسرع فى الاعراب عن امتنانها لهذة المبادرة ، حتى الجامعة العربية الذى فيما يبدو ان امينها العام السيد عمرو موسى يبدو انة ايضا فى انتظار الاوامر الامريكية والاسرائيلية ليتحمس للحد من الخلاف الفلسطينى للقضية المركزية للامة العربية والى الدعوة الفورية الى الاحتضان الفورى لتلك المبادرة دون معرفة راى الولايات المتحدة واسرائيل ،وكان الخلاف الفلسطينى لم يكن نتيجة لظروف وانما خططت لة ، او ان هناك مخططات للاستفادة منة لم تحقق نتائجها حتى الان ، ان عودة التوافق الفلسطينى الفلسطينى لم يعد يحتمل ان يترك فى ايدى اطراف سوى الشعب الفلسطينى وحدة ، فهو الوحيد الذى يعانى وهو الوحيد الذى يحاصر حتى من اشقائة دون اى اكثراث بثوابت ومتشدقات اثبت الزمن انها كاذية ، ، فاالعرب يبدو انهم قد انتهجوا مبدا كل طائرة معلق فى عنقة ، وامام الطوفان الامريكى ضع طفلك الفلسطينى تحت قدمك لتعيش ، وان الاوان لهذا الفلسطينى ان يدافع وحدة عن لحمتة ومصيرة بلاشعارات اووساطات مغرضة

تهنئة مبارك بعيد استقلال اسرائيل

نشرت جريدة القدس العربى ان الرئيس مبارك قد ارسل تهنئة الى الرئيس الاسرائيلى بعيد استقلال اسرائيل ،وهذا تفصايل الخبر
اكدت مصادر اسرائيلية ان الرئيس حسني مبارك بعث الي رئيس دولة اسرائيل شمعون بيريس رسالة تهنئة بمناسبة مرور 60 عاما علي قيامها।
ونقلت صحيفة القدس العربي عن مصادر اسرائيلية قولها ان مبارك حث بيريس علي ضرورة تحقيق السلام مع الفلسطينيين وباقي الاطراف العربية من اجل مستقبل المنطقة ورفاهية شعوبها.
وقالت ان مبارك قال لبيريس في برقية التهنئة: يشرفني أن أنقل لسيادتكم تهنئتي بمناسبة عيد الاستقلال، وأود أن أعبر عن أملي في دفع عملية السلام قدماً، وأن أعرب عن تطلعي لنجاح المفاوضات السياسية الجارية حالياً.
واضاف مبارك ان السلام العادل والقابل للتحقيق في الشرق الأوسط هو الطريق الأمثل للعيش بأمن ورفاهية لكل شعوب المنطقة بمن فيهم مواطنو دولة اسرائيل .
واحتفلت اسرائيل الجمعة بالذكري الستين لقيامها وفق التقويم العبري فيما بدأ الفلسطينيون احياء فعاليات الذكري الـ60 لنكبتهم حيث تم تهجيرهم من وطنهم علي يد العصابات الصهيونية عام 1948 لاقامة دولة اسرائيل

مارايدايف الملاحية والنصب الاعلانى المعتاد

قالت صحيفة المال المصرية يوم الأربعاء نقلا عن مدير الطرح الخاص لشركة الخدمات المالية والملاحية (ماريدايف) ان طلبات الاكتتاب في الطرح تجاوزت الكمية المطروحة 30 مرة على الاقل.
وكانت الشركة تسعى للحصول على 278 مليون دولار من بيع الاسهم لكبار المستثمرين والجمهور لتمويل توسعات.
وقالت الشركة انها ستبيع 64.8 مليون سهم في الاكتتاب الخاص و9.4 مليون سهم في الاكتتاب العام بأسعار تتراوح بين 3.25 و3.74 دولار للسهم.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن كريم عوض العضو المنتدب لنشاط بنوك الاستثمار بالمجموعة المالية - هيرميس التي لعبت دور مدير الطرح قوله ان شدة الاقبال من جانب المؤسسات المالية على الاكتتاب في الكمية المطروحة دفع هيرميس للتخلي عن الترويج للسهم في السوق الامريكية مكتفية بأسواق مصر ودول الخليج والمملكة المتحدة وأوروبا.
ولم يتسن الاتصال بعوض للتعقيب على التقرير.
وأعلنت ماريدايف في 16 ابريل نيسان الجاري عن بيع نحو 74.2 مليون سهم تمثل 7 ر32 في المئة من اجمالي أسهم الشركة.
وتتولى ماريدايف تصنيع وتركيب المعدات لمشروعات النفط والغاز تحت سطح الماء. ومن المتوقع بدء تداول أسهم

وهنا يكون السؤال والتعليق اذا كانت تلك الشركة لها هذة الهيكاية فلماذا الحملة الاعلانية الشبية بحملات النصابين والداعين الى الايهام بعكس وضعهم الحقيقى ولمن يريد المراهنة فلن يمر سوى وقت بسيط وتتضح الحقيقة المعتادة

بعد دعايات حفاظات النساء اولويز وحفاظات الاطفال، والاعلان لشركة كوكا كولا وجدت شركات الذهب ضالتها باستخدام صدور بعض المطربات العربيات منصات لاطلاق مبتكراتها من الذهب وتصميماته.فبعد ان حازت المطربة اللبنانية أليسا علي السبق باعتمادها من مجلس الذهب العالمي في دبي سفيرة للذهب العام الماضي بعد اقصائها لمواطنتها امل حجازي واعلانها لطوق لازوردي تلألأ علي صدرها العامر، ولسان حالها يقول لازوردي وحده بكملني ، سرعان ما اكتشفت هيفاء ان ابنة بلدها ليست افضل منها او ابرز منها صدرا، فعملت جاهدة علي تذهيب نفسها، وكان لها ما ارادت، وتم إطلاق لقب أميرة المجوهرات عليها في صفقة مماثلة، وهذا ما اوغر صدر نانسي التي رأت ان صدري اليسا وهيفاء ليسا اجدر بنيل لمعان الذهب، وحتي ولو كان فان التطور لم يترك شيئا بحاله، عملا بمبدأ ما في شي بظل صغير كله راح يكبر .ولحق عنق الحسناء اللبنانية الثالثة نانسي عجرم باعناق مواطناتها فتم اختيارها وبنفس الشكل من قبل مجلس الذهب العالمي (داماس) لتكون نجمة حملته الإعلانية تحت عنوان فرفشة ذهب الشباب ، وظهرت نانسي في الحملة الإعلانية تتحلي بافخر أنواع الذهب والمجوهرات علي صدرها وذراعيها واذنيها وأصابع يديها ايضا. وعلي وقع ما يخطف الابصار، فالتنافس كذلك الان علي اشده بين رولي سعد ودومنيك حوراني ومي حريري التي تحضّر لمجوهرات تحمل اسمها وتوقيعها، وافتتحت متجرا للمجوهرات في الكويت، و(ما حد احسن من حد).بينما كان اخر الواصلين المطربة المصرية آمال ماهر التي انضمت اخيرا لاحدي ماركات الذهب العالمية باغنية عنوانها انا بعدك .وهكذا أصبحت آمال ماهر المطربة المصرية الوحيدة التي انضمت لهذه القائمة بعد حسناوات لبنان الثلاث ومن المنتظر انضمام مطربات أخريات للقائمة، ربما من سورية والخليج والمغرب العربي، فمن يكن يا تري، وأي الصدور العاجية ترشحون، خاصة بعد ان تجاوزت اونصة الذهب ألف دولار؟!برامج الذوق العامفي بلاد تمارس كل شيء بالسرية، في طول العالم العربي وعرضه، بدءا بالسياسة وليس انتهاء بممارسة الحياة الجنسية راح مذيع مغربي بداهية بسبب توجيهه سؤالا لفتاة شابة علي الهواء عن كيف فقدت عذريتها قبل الزواج، أثناء مداخلة لها في برنامج اثير يلاقي شعبية واسعة في المغرب العربي يدعي سبت الحيحة . والسبب المعلن لفسخ عقد المذيع نور الدين كرم عدم احترام الميثاق الاخلاقي والذوق والعادات.واذا اخذنا السبب بعين الاعتبار فان الرجل يجب ان يكافأ علي صنيعه لانه تجرأ ولمس ظاهرة منتشرة بافراط كصور الزعماء في عالمنا العربي، في غياب اي مؤسسات اجتماعية او حتي اسرية تفكك اسباب هذه المشاكل التي تنخر مجتمعاتنا بألم وسر، ودون ان يجرؤ احد علي البوح بها. وهذا البرنامج الذي ينشط حلقاته، باستهداف الشباب بلغة عارية أحيانا، وفيها كثير من الاندفاع نحو تعابير الحب والعلاقات الحميمة بين الجنسين، يكتسب شهرته فقط لانه يحكي ما لا يقال ويعبر عن هؤلاء الشباب الذين يموجون بمختلف المشاكل السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والنفسية، ويحتاجون لمنابر تعبر عنهم وتحكي سيئاتهم قبل ايجابياتهم كي يتم عرضها وتبيان مخاطرها وبالتالي معالجتها بالمنطق، وليس بالكنس تحت السجادة، والتذرع بالذوق العام وكأن هذا الذوق صاف كالكريستال ما مسته اعطاب قط!والدليل القاطع علي هذه الحقيقة ان منع معالجة هكذا مشاكل اعلاميا في دول الخليج زاد من هذه الظواهر عشرات المرات ولم يحد منها ابدا، كما ان طبيبا نسائيا من دولة عربية شرقية اباح لي ان ما يتجاوز الخمسين بالمئة من الحالات التي زارته في عيادته كانت تطلب ترقيع غشاء البكارة في مجتمع يحبذ ان يعرض نفسه علي انه محافظ! لكن القصة اختلفت في مصر، حينما تعرض أحمد عبدون مقدم البرنامج الديني عم يتساءلون للثناء والهجوم معا بعد استضافته استاذة جامعية في أمراض النساء والعلاقات الزوجية وسؤالها عن غشاء البكارة وهل عدم شعور الزوج بفضه ليلة الزفاف دليل علي انحراف الزوجة وممارستها الجنس مع آخر أو آخرين قبل الزواج، فأخذت في وصف غشاء البكارة وصفا دقيقا وكيفية تأثره باحتكاك الزوج به ليلة الزفاف وشرحت وأسهبت في كيفية فض هذا الغشاء، وقدمت وصفا علميا وتفصيليا لما يحدث ليلة الزفاف دون تدخل من الزميل عبدون، ما اثار حملة ضده بالنظر للاقبال الكبير علي مشاهدة الحلقة، لكن لم تصل للمطالبة باقالته لانه تجرأ علي السماح بوصف تفاصيل أعضاء المرأة وصفا دقيقا خادشا للحياء.والمدهش اكثر ان الدول العربية التي تحرص علي تهويل هذه الصغائر هي من تشرع ابواب محطاتها التي تسمي فنية لممارسة كل العادات السرية علنيا علي مدار اليوم من خلال اقصاء كل فن راق واستضافة كل ما جادت به الحواري وخرجته النوادي الليلية من مؤديات كل مواهبهن تنحصر في صدورهن الاصطناعية وخلفياتهن المتسربلة، وتزداد مكانة هذه او تلك لدي تلك المحطات كلما قصرت المغنية ليس وصلاتها الغنائية بل فتحة فستانها او فتحت بلوزتها كي يدخل المشاهد صدر الحقيقة.. ويا وابور قلي رايح علي فين !حملة لرفع البنطلونات الساقطةتتسبب بحوادث مرورية واستعصاءات في الاسواق وبازدحام في الاوتوبيسات وبتعطيل العمل في المحال التجارية وباشعال نيران الغيرة في قلوب بقية الاناث المستورات.. هذا هو حال بنطلونات البنات واطئة الكمر، التي اخذت تغزونا، والتي تكشف في ما تكشف، اضافة لملائح الاوركة المكتنزة تطريزات الالبسة الداخلية وحوافها وما تيسر من المنخفضات!ولو بقيت في مجال الموضة لكانت نصف مصيبة، اما ان تصبح جزءا اساسيا من معظم اغاني الفيديو كليب العربية الحديثة، خاصة الراقصة منها فهذه مصيبة تضاف الي ان احدي المحطات الفضائية العربية تجعل منها علامة فاصلة بين البرامج. ومن ألطف ما سمعته مؤخرا قرار السلطات في ولاية لويزيانا الامريكية بفرض غرامة قدرها خمسمئة دولار والسجن ستة اشهر لمن يرتدي البنطلون الساقط المعروف باسم ساجي ، وهو نوع من البنطلونات واسع وفضفاض ويظهر الجزء العلوي من الملابس الداخلية لمن يرتديه.وموضة البنطلون الساقط هذا كانت قد بدأت في السجون، حيث لا يسمح بإعطاء السجناء حزاماً مع البنطلون الواسع والفضفاض لمنعهم من الانتحار أو ضرب زملائهم، وفي أواخر الثمانينيات انتقلت إلي ضواحي المدن الغربية وصارت جزءا اساسيا من لباس الشباب والشابات في برامج التلفزيون واغانيه وحفلات الاعراس والمولات العربية.والأهم أنه سيظهر عندنا جيل من المعاقين حركياً نتيجة المشية الغريبة للابسي هذا الساجي، والتي يحاولون بها منعه من السقوط فيسيرون بطريقة محورية غريبة تجعلني احيانا أهم لمساعدتهم في رفعه كي لا يسقط، واتحسس بنطلوني خشية العدوي ودرءا لمقولة كل ما تتزنق اقلع
